Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Rise of Zeus mobile application (the "App"), provided by Rise of Zeus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any part thereof.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be made available within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
